Kuchipudi Dance Rangapravesam 2018

Anusha Vangala is currently an eighth grade student at Monroe Township Middle School. Her journey to the dance field started with ballet and tap at the age of four. She then began learning Kuchipudi Style Indian Classical Dance with Sri Lakshmi Parcha at Sri Ananda Natyalayam School of Kuchipudi Dance. Under the guidance of her Guru, Anusha has learned the importance of perseverance, dedication and discipline. Since the age of five, Anusha has participated and performed in countless events organized by non-profit charitable organizations. Kuchipudi dance has helped her understand more about her culture and religion. Additionally, her dance school has given her the opportunity to establish many life-long friendships which she will cherish for a lifetime.

Anusha is a trained pianist and is recognized by the Associated Board of Royal School of Music. She has many years of competitive experience.
While Anusha enjoys academics, athletics, and variety of art forms, her real passion is to make a difference in the world by contributing to her community. She frequently participates in races for local and national causes. She is an active member of volunteer service at Jersey Cares & Rotary Club of Plainsboro where she was honored and received a presidential service award.
This rangapravesam is a milestone for Anusha, and she will continue to deep- dive into the dance field as she moves on through her life.
